Performance Training Group
Performance training group - Summer and fall ski training for grades 8 -12. Open to beginner through advanced athletes. Two 12 week sessions (Summer & Fall) that focus on building endurance, strength, and speed. Training includes running, bounding, strength + agility, and roller skiing.
Full option: 3-4 training sessions/per week + personalized training plan, Half option: 1-2 training sessions/week
