Skiing for Fitness

Program Description

The Vasa Ski Club is proud to present the Ski for Fitness program for adult skiers. The goal of this program is to increase fitness through skiing and to have fun along the way. We know that it is sometimes hard to motivate to go ski after work by yourself. We hope that this program will help provide the motivation to get out on the snow.
This program will not start until there is consistent snow on the ground and the trails are well groomed.

Details

  • Location: Primarily Hickory HIlls or Hickory Meadows
  • Time: 3:30 - 4 is the goal
  • Duration - 1.5 - 2hrs +
  • Technique - Skate and/or classic, at the discretion of the group lead
  • Cost - FREE for club members! Next year there will be a nominal cost associated with participating
